It\'s a given Yukihira Soma always wanted to challenge the first seat Eishi Tsukasa to know how good is GOOD. Behind closed doors they had the venison duel!  The choice of using the flavors of coffee and chestnut on a red meat intrigued me so I took this recipe challenge and put it to the test! To be fair, venison is not the most accessible ingredient for many so I substitute that with a beautiful Striploin Steak so you can try this at your own convenience with no hassle and just have fun with it!  In this recipe we\'re simply going to sear the perfect steak and the magic happens in the sauce. Using the same pan with the juices and rendered fat of the steak - we start infusing the aromatic sweet zingy spices of cinnamon and chest nut simmering, infusing, and steeping into coffee, thus creating the ultimate sauce to go with your steak!
